All purchases must be paid for on auction sale day by cash or
certified funds. Company checks will only be accepted when
accompanied by a bank letter of guarantee. No titles will be released unless paid in
cash. No exceptions!!! |
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to all
purchases where applicable. Dealers purchasing for resale must present a certificate
of resale to verify their tax exempt status. |
Delivery Of Titles/Registration Certificates: Will
be presented to cash buyers on sale day. Buyers paying by personal or company check
will be mailed titles ten (10) banking days after sale day. |
